Delete your Tiny Us account
You can delete your account and the data you created at any time. Here’s how, and what happens.
In the app

- 2Settings → Account
- 3Delete account, then confirm
Don’t have the app?
Email us from the email address on your Tiny Us account (your Apple or Google sign-in email) with the subject below. We’ll confirm before we delete anything.

What happens and when
- Right away: you’re signed out everywhere and unlinked from your person.
- For 7 days: changed your mind? Sign back in and it’s cancelled.
- After 7 days: we delete your account and everything you created: answers, replies, diary and journal entries, notes, lists, moods, places and stamps, photos and voice notes.
- Within 30 days of your request: backup copies are gone too.
Your person
Your person keeps their own answers, photos and places, and the home you built. Where your answers were, they’ll see “Not available”. If they delete their account too, their copy goes as well.
What’s kept
- Purchase records that Apple and Google keep, and the tax records the law requires us to keep.
- Anonymous, aggregated statistics that can’t identify you.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store account settings or Google Play → Subscriptions.
