How do we link up?
One of you opens Settings → Partner link and shares the code (or the invite link). The other enters it in their app. Codes work for 7 days.
We both paid for Plus by mistake.
One Plus covers both of you. The person who doesn’t need theirs can cancel it in the App Store or Google Play subscriptions; it stays on until the end of the period you paid for. For a refund: Apple refunds App Store purchases (reportaproblem.apple.com); for Google Play, ask Google or write to us and we’ll look at it.
How do I restore Plus on a new phone?
Sign in with the same account, then tap Settings → Plus → Restore purchases.
How do I unlink?
Settings → Partner link → Unlink. Nothing is deleted: re-link within 30 days and everything comes back just as it was.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account. You have 7 days to change your mind. A subscription isn’t cancelled by deleting, so cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first. No app? See the delete-account page below.
