Common questions
I got a new phone or reinstalled the game. How do I get my spa back?
If you signed in with Apple or Google in Settings → Cloud save on your old phone, install Tiny Spa, open Settings → Cloud save and load your spa with the same account. If you didn’t sign in, email us with your support code if you have it, and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I move between iPhone and Android?
Yes. Sign in with Google on both: Sign in with Apple only works on iPhone.
Something I bought is missing.
One-time purchases: tap Settings → Restore purchases while signed in to the App Store or Google Play account you bought with. Coins or snack boxes that didn’t arrive: email us the order number from your store receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are refunded by the store: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google in Google Play → Order history. If something you bought didn’t work, email us first and we’ll fix it.
How do I turn off personalized ads?
Ads only play when you tap to watch one. See “Your choices about ads” in our Privacy Policy for iPhone, Android and the EEA.
Delete your account and data
- In the game: Settings → Cloud save → delete your cloud save. Your account, cloud save and its daily copies are deleted right away. The spa on your phone stays.
- Without the game: email support@miuustudio.com with the subject “Delete my Tiny Spa data”, and the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with, or your support code. We delete your account and cloud save within 30 days and tell you when it’s done.
Game activity and crash reports use random IDs and are deleted after 14 months and 90 days. Purchases aren’t cancelled or refunded. More in the Privacy Policy.
